“Had a really good short stay at Kings Hotel Chiayi. It is located a short 5 mins walk from the train station which is helpful if you were taking the morning Alishan Railway or connecting to any of the other cities. About a 10 min walk from the night market which had plenty of food options. Breakfast was included, nice clean restaurant, plenty of food choices incl. Western. Overall highly recommend if you are passing through Chiayi and looking for a comfortable stay before or after your Alishan...

“入住時，櫃檯人員完全沒說明任何設施或服務，甚至還要房客親自詢問。入住時表明會幫忙折抵停車費，結果在停車場卻開不出去，還要打給飯店，員工一句道歉也沒說。房間隔音差，陽台的燈關不掉。退房的時候，員工也是省話到不行，語氣完全感覺不到禮貌。要補繳停車費，直接跟我說：你要給我一百。做人都不會做，還要來飯店工作。”
