“It was basic but clean,bed was comfortable was ideal for what we wanted”

“The room was exactly what we needed. We were only there 3 nights to see the football. The area itself is not great but the hotel was clean and tidy. Hotel inside has had a revamp so all new amenities etc. we felt safe in hotel. Security and lock up is well done. Entrance is on side of hotel.”

The house itself is directly opposite the old castle with its impressive mote complete with moorhens and ducks with their baby ducklings. The house itself is a curious mix of antique and modern but is fascinating to look at.
