Staff so accommodating and friendly, the main guy in the restaurant clearly puts alot of effort into his job, but equally all staff were great! Perfect location within 10 mins of main city centre. Hadn't expected the breakfast and restaurant food to be as good as it was and the pool and sauna were an added bonus too. Very pleased overall and glad we booked, lovely long weekend in a fantastic city!

Room was tidy and clean. Staff were helpful when I put the wrong car reg in. Lots of space in the accessible room for someone who is severely visually impaired and a baby. Parking is easy to find and a petrol station with Starbucks, Greg's and Asda service is right next door. Conveniently situated near the main road.

Excellent stay as was visiting Chester Zoo. With 2 children we were able to use the pool facilities. We ate at the hotel which was great but we also ventured out to nearby places all within easy reach!!! Rooms were clean and comfortable.
