Staff so accommodating and friendly, the main guy in the restaurant clearly puts alot of effort into his job, but equally all staff were great! Perfect location within 10 mins of main city centre. Hadn't expected the breakfast and restaurant food to be as good as it was and the pool and sauna were an added bonus too. Very pleased overall and glad we booked, lovely long weekend in a fantastic city!

Room was tidy and clean. Staff were helpful when I put the wrong car reg in. Lots of space in the accessible room for someone who is severely visually impaired and a baby. Room was a decent size and was clean and tidy. The swimming pool and gym were good to have onsite to use. The breakfast was nice. The staff at breakfast were busy cleaning up tables and seemed too busy to be able to place an order for things like pancakes or omelette etc which was a shame. Overall a nice place to stay.
