Clean rooms, pleasant ambiance, helpful staff...

The Lobby was clean but the rooms and hallways have this horrible smelly carpet. As soon as I walked into the room it smelled like carpet cleaner powder. They really need to update the floors and look into carpet-less options. People with allergies should not book this hotel. I was sneezing and hated the smell of the room all night. It was so bad I would have changed hotels if I hadn’t already prepaid. For a Marriott location this was unacceptable.

Room not clean, terrible bedding worn out mattress, we left with back pain from very bad mattress. Pull out desk shelves were not cleaned. Bad pillows no firmness at all. Definitely will not book this site again.

Stayed here for one night in advance of a flight out of Charlotte. Extremely clean—and that is everything to me. Staff was super friendly and helpful, too.

Absolutely love this place! First time staying here...will definitely be back! Staff was great, room was immaculate...just literally nothing bad to say at all. Breakfast service was delicious. Great options for breakfast. This location was close to everything and yet just enough away that is was peaceful all times of the day. Also love that there was separate thermostats for each bedroom in out unit. Thank you again to the staff and owners...we will definitely be staying again! Highly recommend!!
