Great coffee bar for breakfast and included a continental style breakfast though I just had coffee.

Property was very well. Kept unmanageable that it was so serene and quiet. Being that is so close to the drive. Kudos.

The location to the airport and the cruise port was excellent. Hotel was clean, some of the property needs upgrading and repairs.

Fire alarm went off two consecutive days at 5am. Staff not helpful and manager conveniently wasn’t available. Asked for a refund for the rest of the nights and never responded. Will not recommend this at all.

We recently stayed at the Hyatt Place, and it was a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel, nor would I stay here again. During our stay, the hotel was undergoing construction on the fifth and sixth floors, which meant the guest laundry was unavailable. Unfortunately, we were never informed of this in advance. The biggest issue was the lack of customer service. The front desk was often unattended, and whenever we tried calling whether from our room or from outside the hotel no one ever answered. We even called to request that our room be cleaned, but no one responded. Housekeeping was another major disappointment. Our room was not cleaned consistently, and we had to go to the front desk three different days just to request clean towels because they were never replaced. Overall, the room did not feel clean, and the housekeeping standards were poor. The breakfast was also underwhelming. The selection was very limited, and the breakfast area was often dirty, with tables that were not cleaned promptly. The pool area frequently ran out of towels, making it inconvenient for guests. In addition, the fitness center was very limited, with very little equipment available. To make matters worse, the hotel’s computers were not working during our stay, adding to the overall frustration. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had.
