Overall, the stay was okay. The staff were very nice, friendly, and helpful, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the property itself could use more attention when it comes to general maintenance.
The staff were a positive part of the experience, but improved cleaning and maintenance would make a significant difference to the overall stay.

The property looked extremely luxurious however, the elevators were broke and have been broke for a while. There was no hot water on the seventh floor where we were located and another guest that had stayed there had told me that they have been broken for a while and no hot water available in the showers and the sinks. Also the floor had hair on it from people before it wasn’t very clean. The rooms are not very user-friendly.

Everything was perfect. The stuff of the Hotel are generous and kind.
