The openness and welcoming into the entrance. The bed was extremely comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. Our room was very clean.

Clean room

When we arrived in the evening, the hotel only has one staff member, and even though we were the only people at the front desk, it took a while for them to show up. They were pleasant and professional. They had carafes out for coffee and hot water, but the water carafe was empty. (So much for my evening tea). While our bed was freshly made, the person who cleaned our bathroom did not pay attention to detail. There was shaver hair residue on the sink area, and parts of the shower weren't clean. When we reported it, it took a while for them to respond. The breakfast was fine and well stocked. I know others have given this place a high rating, but I don't think we'll risk staying there again when we return to Greenville.

The hotel was clean and the onsite restaurants/bars were very busy (to be fair, we stayed on a Friday night). There are plenty of other restaurants and bars within walking distance and we enjoyed the surrounding area. I'd definitely stay here again.
