The online pictures are clearly outdated. The lobby was run-down, dirty, and smelled terrible. While checking in, we overheard staff discussing a homeless man who had gotten into room 121 and refused to leave. Our room was disgusting. The curtains were ripped, the carpet was covered in dark stains, and the entire room smelled strongly of urine. We immediately refused to stay and requested a refund. After initially arguing with me and offering to find a “clean” room, the clerk contacted the general manager. I later received an email confirming that I would be refunded. I am still waiting for the refund. The condition of this hotel was unacceptable and completely different from what is advertised online. I would not recommend staying here.

If I could rate this 10 out of 5 stars, I would. The staff were friendly and quiet, the place was relatively easy to find and the room itself was spacious, clean, and stocked with anything I needed (other than a microwave, lool) There was complimentary coffee and water on the 2nd floor. On the 3rd, games for me and my boyfriend to play (chess, billiards, uno, and cards against humanity) with a dry bar! I didn't check the parking garages, but they have them cleaned regularly and I was told it's free. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family, and book in the future!

The check-in and check out process wasn't the best but the property was clean and well-maintained.

I love staying here, great staff and clean rooms with comfortable beds and furniture. Great central valley location.

Rooms were clean. House keeping came in daily. Added extra towels. Anything we needed staff was extremely helpful and friendly.
