We loved our room and the pool but it’s all under construction and rained when we were there so super muddy, it also would be helpful to know that you need to book pretty far in advance to be able to actually swim in the crater, not a lot of food choices either

Our room was very nice & clean. The pools & restaurants were amazing! I didn’t like that we had a balcony that was right next to the construction so we didn’t sit out there at all because there was so much dust & dirt.

Very nice stay; not overcrowded! Milk House had great lattes! Long walk to lobby to ask for ice; our room also did not have a table, which was very weird. But had a great time relaxing by the pool; lots of lounge chairs & pools
