“We couldn't get our room before 17H40. Have been waiting for about 45 mn. Then we got the room but with a very dirty bathroom a very very dirty WC you understand me. On top of that all the furnitures are very old and broken. And no way to get WIFI. Really a big disappointment.”

“Location seems not to far on the map from the main attractions in Istanbul but due to traffic often takes two hours to get there due to traffic. Staff were really good. Heidar, Omar and Ahmet and another one I have forgotten the name were really helpful and polite. The wifi is limited and only two people can use it and if you need more devices access wifi theyvask for more passports!!! So wifi limitations sucks”
