Helpful staff and excellent location

The staff are very friendly and willing to help in case of any problems. We had stains on one of the towels that was changed immediately. The room was clean and practical.Bathroom sink had stained silikon but otherwise clean. Very near to metro station and bus stops, excellent location.

Not bad for a hotel/suite. Nice jacuzzi. But i miss the comfort. No door lock, no airconditioning, most of the stuff are broken or low in maintance. But for the price its worth it.

Dirty and worn down hotel. Not what expected.

Very dirty and worn down rooms. Rooms looks very cosy and nicely decorated on pictures, but the actual room you get is completely empty, very badly cleaned and smells like smoke. I understand that it’s allowed to smoke in the rooms, but for non smokers it’s very uncomfortable to stay in a room that smells like that.

Dont go if you care about cleanliness and comfort

Very dirty room. Very bad condition. Didn’t look like the pictures on Hotels.com. Pictures looked very warm and cozy but room was just empty and dirty. We asked for a new room and got another that was even worse. We didn’t even stay the night and was refused any refund.

Beware, this is one of the earliest properties of this cityloft chain. It is not ıp to the standards that you would expect if you had stayed their other properties. It needs an urgent rennovation and repair. Otherwise it will cost cityloft a good deal of clients. Air condition was only in the bedroom section nothing in the living room section, lighting was depressive, bathroom in dire need of renewing and enlargement.

Odamız saat 16.00’da gelmemize rağmen hazır değildi bir süre bekletildikten sonra farklı bir oda verildi.Verilen oda da temiz değildi. Yerler çok tozluydu ve yastıkların ve nevresimin üstü resmen toz kıl doluydu sanki yerden alınıp öylede koyulmuş gibiydi. Klima eski,çok ses yapıyor ve kapatınca su akıtıyordu. Yemek siparişi verecekseniz eğer otelin mutfağı bulunmamakta.Beğendiğimiz tek nokta bulunduğu konumun sessiz ve güvenli bir ortama sahip olması.

綺麗なのはロビーのみ。部屋はボロボロ。 予約時の部屋と実際の部屋は全く違うものだった。 エアコンが10分くらいできれてしまう。まったく温度管理ができなくて暑かった。 ドアロックが不調。部屋の注意には朝食がロビーにあると書いてあるが、なにもなかった。

İnternet konakladığım odada çekmiyordu, 1 diş olması sebebiyle devamlı kesiliyordu. Televizyonda yalnızca 10 kanal var ya da yok o da izlenmeyen kanallar tv kalitesi kötü. Oda mutfağında yangın merdiven kapısının görüntüsü hoş değil. Cityloft markasına yakışmayan bir otel olmuş 36. Merdiven altı airbnb mekanı gibiydi. Oda görsellerdeki gibi pek değil, oturma odasındaki tekli koltuk ve sehpası yok. Çoğu zaman 161 de konaklarım ve onla kıyasladığımda 36 çok vasat kaldı.
