The Hotel is very nice and comfortable. Staff is very nice and they have good communication. Receptionists are so nice and were ready to help out every time and everywhere. I recommended it to tourist who is planning stay in Istanbul close to Marmara sea. We are going to choice again this hotel to stay in our next visit to Istanbul.

princess residence hotel where I was happy to stay for 10 days with may parents and my wife. Orhan and Ali were too friendly to help us with our tasks. the apartment was new and modern with a fully furnished kitchen and washing machine and ironing equipments and everything you need for a happy stay. Our suit had 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and balcony and everyday room service is also included. It takes about an hour to get to historic European side by train or bus or personal vehicle.During my 1 month stay in turkey this stay at princess residence was something else and I truly enjoyed the friendly atmosphere, the cleanliness of property and all the amenities. It would be my first option whenever I go to Istanbul.

The apartment is located in a safe neighbourhood, and the rooms were comfortable and spacious. Not too far from the centre of Istanbul, but given the traffic towards the city, it does take some time to arrive in the city centre.
