Castle Point Vacations

The room was clean and ready each night. The breakfast was beyond belief and the staff were helpful and professional. The location was walking distant from Broadway and great restaurants.

Perfect location, great breakfast just what we needed for a 5 day break.

This is not a real hotel. It appears to be a scam that for some reason Hotels.com has chosen not to address. I was forced to pay in full because they demanded $1200 extra for two nights stay in cash for incidentals and I refused to pay. Please don’t get caught up in the scam.

I was so glad to find a boutique hotel in lower Manhattan. Lobby has nice cafe with friendly staff. Balcony king corner room was clean but small for the price. Water, coffee, and tea were the amenities. Problem is paper thin walls. We could hear every word said next door. We were awakened two of the three nights there by loud singing after midnight, and howling laughter and screaming another night. After no response from the security at front desk, only a recording of classical guitar-we gave up. The third night security answered our call after another extended classical guitar recording. They apologized and sent someone up to tell our neighbors to quiet down. This was at 2:15 am. So, I will not stay here again.

Clean, quiet room, comfortable beds. Will definitely be back.
