Check in was great. Brittany was our front desk concierge and she was great. Offered us some chocolate Walnut cookies. Maintenance was great too. Room was clean and nice. Bed was comfortable. We had one minor issue with toilet but was moved to another room quickly. Everyone was great and helpful. I will definitely be back at this hotel with my family for sure. I also recommend to others. Great location , parking is included can’t beat that. We didn’t get to experience all the amenities since we only stayed one night but definitely will on our next visit.

Very, very nice hotel. We were checked in quickly by a wonderful front desk crew, especially Henry. The hotel itself is spotless, parking is free, it's literally steps away from the convention center which was nice considering we were there when it was quite cold. The rooms were perfect and clean. The location and staff and room were amazing. The only concern I had was the $150 per night deposit. While I know it is standard, it's a lot for someone to have held while on vacation. This was the highest total I have had to pay, and I have stayed at the midtown hilton in NYC. I just wish there was a smaller fee.
