“Honestly could not fault this place at all. Staff very welcoming and attentive. If things were not available in your room they would be more than happy to help and provide eg. Iron and Iron Board. The breakfast was amazing and the fresh pastel del nata was even better than what I’ve had in Portugal! 10/10 recommend ”

“The restaurant meal was excellent and the staff very obliging when we arrived later than expected. We stayed two nights during the week. The room was spacious and comfortable. We had to ask for two lightbulbs to replace dead ones and there was only one set of towels for the two of us. There was a hand wash, but no body wash or shampoo for the shower, which tends to be expected these days. A minimalist breakfast was delivered in a bag to the room the evening before, the contents of which didn’t...

“Well presented clean room on the ground floor with excellent facilities. Food and drink excellent. Staff were incredibly helpful with any queries, we felt like one of the family. I have never commented on any other survey before this, so must have have made a very big impression ! Thank you and congratulations to your staff Matt our stay with you was wonderful.
