“Great little find. We had room 5, and it was really comfortable, spotless and great extras in the room to make our stay perfect. The hosts were extremely friendly and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. ”

“Myself and two friends stayed here as we were watching a concert in Leeds city centre. Location is fine and really easy to get a taxi into the city. Really quiet area. Ron is a great host and the rooms were fine. I would recommend this hotel if visiting Leeds as the price is great. ”

“The staff went above and beyond I unfortunately fainted that evening in the bar paramedics were called the owners stayed up with my partner till I was collected at 230 am fantastic service ”

“Parking was a nightmare but soon sorted out. Service was above and beyond, owner driving around until he found a fish and chip shop open and bringing us back a lovely meal. Super breakfast with lots of choice.”

“It's a beautiful, cozy and comfortable home with nice common areas (living room with TV and nicely equiped kitchen with stove oven and fridge. We can also the washer and dryer, if needed. Everything was just excellent. It's too bad that we just stayed one night. Only one thing to bear in mind is to have oatmeal or wheat bread for breakfast when travelling with a diabetic person.”
