“Hotel is in good location. Close to rail station and verious bus stop, restaurants etc. I arrived early and my room was ready so that was great 👍 and I was really happy about it. The problem is that building is closed during the day and no one around to help if something goes wrong. When I arrived to the hotel on my second night I find out that my bathroom light is not working. Manager has sent 2 staff members but they couldn't help so I didn't have light there at all. “From arrival to leaving nothing was too much trouble. I was on my own and the staff were more than helpful as to where to visit . The food was varied and excellent. Breakfast was basic continental but didn’t want any more. I make what I consider sensible comments not criticism and mentioned these to them. 1 possibly a small fridge in the room in view of current conditions but found out I was lucky and had a larger room so this wasn’t feasible throughout.
