When we checked out all we got was ‘that’s you’ no did you enjoy your stay. Food offering at Beach Bar was not great and of poor quality - did not try breakfast or dinner. Overall okay but could easily be a lot better.”

“Since we arrive Cedric helped us out with the check in. We arrived late at night because of a delay flight. We were tired and Cedric made sure we had a smooth and fast check in so we could get to rest. He was friendly and nice. In the reception there was Avril, she was extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. She helped us with all our tour booking, gave us recommendations, helped us with our transportation. “The property is not a guest resort, its more like a block of units with a few guest rooms, we were kept up by a resident for 2 nights with them screaming & swearing until 12.30pm for 2 nights. It was almost a police matter. The manager made out he was unaware of the problem but it is very hard to believe. I spoke to other residents & they told me it is common for this to occur. Will never stay there again”

The reality of the island is far from what is advertised: ​No Beach: The beach in front of the hotel no longer exists; it has been completely washed away by the sea.
