“There were serious concerns about security and privacy. Some room key cards were broken, and the large opening around the lock was covered only by a cheap plastic panel that could easily be removed by hand. I was also shocked that housekeeping entered my room twice while I was in the shower, without warning... These issues made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe during my stay.”

“Particularly chose this accommodation as it offered on site restaurant that you could order room service from as I knew after our day on the road we would want to order in. We arrived for our stay on Sunday afternoon to be told they don’t open the restaurant on weekends. Would have been helpful if they advertised that on their website site. Misleading to not disclose this.”

“Good location in a quiet area with free bus to city center just outside the door. Nice staff and clean room.”

“Good place to stay in Cairns, it is around 30 minutes walk to the ferries and Splanade lagoon. There is too much humidity in the toilet, maybe an extractor would be necessary”

“Falla la limpieza asi como el ruido del exterior (la carretera esta enfrente). Me quejè de ello y se limitaron a decirme que sus clientes les dan un 99,9% de puntuacion. Debo ser el rarito. El resto muy bien. ”

“Next door to very noisey people unfortunately with their TV very loud till midnight. Shame that people don’t think of others when staying in shared spaces. Food was good. Very convenient place to stay Staff very friendly & helpful”

“The manager was more than accommodating assisting us to have a quiet room upstairs. Rooms are clean and tidy. Bed linen is high quality and comfortable beds. Love the addition of cereal included in the room We''ve been staying here a few times on our drive up and down QLD. Good safe place and ideal with kids with the pool and entertainment when eating in the beer garden”
