“I didn't like the bed. I told the owner that it swayed like a boat; it was awful at night whenever we moved. He replied that there was nothing he could do. It's only suitable for a single night. Condensation was dripping from the roof and getting everything wet. A shame.”

“Property tired and badly needs upgrading.”

“It was so quiet and peaceful. Short walk with path all the way to 1770 Marina. Takes about 15mins and 1770 cafe for great coffee and Baracca by the sea restaurant for probably one of the best meals I’ve had .”

“People there are charming. They give you solution for any situation quick and easy. You don’t have to concern about anything. It’s nice to travel like that. The place at night is a romantic one. We recomend it 100%”

“All good.”

“I stayed in a cottage in Shambala Estate on a relaxed drive up to Cairns from Melbourne with my two dogs. It was simply beautiful. When I opened the door it smelt great, there was soft music playing and it looked gorgeous. My stay was relaxed and comfortable in a beautiful and clean room. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend.”

“Staff were so welcoming and helpful. They made our trip start better with their smiles and happy vibes! Bath amenities, such as shampoo and conditioner, are required to bring as they provide only soap. Hairdryer can be borrowed. Easy stay.”

“Excellent place to stay really enjoyed ourselves”

“Great little cottage with the Obi River running along the back.Great spa bath over looking the river.Kitchen had all the utensils for cooking with a large fridge.”

“Great cabins on well laid out site. The cabins have everything for a 1 night or week long stay. Easy check-in. Close to town with a short drive. Will book again”

“Perfect”

“Nice environment and nice staff”

“The best stay very clean .”

“It was surprising to find a quality cabin in such a relaxing rural setting. The cows so close morning and late afternoon and the beautiful Yabba Creek in the valley were added delights. But the friendliness of the owners was outstanding although we did not meet them face to face. Would go again at the drop of a hat. Thank you. Percy”

“Our 2nd time here and again the property was beautifully clean. Gina was a fantastic host and the property is peaceful and well spaced away from the other cabins. Love this property and will be back again soon.”

“Beautiful surroundings both in & outdoors We had some trouble on arrival after dark and difficulty finding email with instructions, however we were delighted with everything after that”

“I gave a review yesterday on this property and I stated i had messaged them when first arriving due to the missing and broken things in the room I also stated they had not checked in or bothered to get back to me. Well after this review was posted yesterday they finally got back to me yet not apologising for anything just saying how they don't like how Ive been truthful and let people know what there really like.
