“Excellent cottage, warm, cozy and a great location.”

“Lovely cottage with all the amenities that we required. Situated in a quiet village within close proximity of Penrith. Nice welcome box with tea, coffee etc and even treats for the dog. Good offroad parking at the back of the cottage and an enclosed front garden. Stayed for a week, excellent location for exploring Hadrians wall, lake district and yorkshire dales. ”

“Really loved out stay at Little Mell Fell. Great instructions to find it. Set up really well for either a couple or a family of 4. Love that it's pet friendly. Was really clean and felt relatively recently done. The location was great to get around Ullswater and out to the surrounding lakes. ”

“Cottage was excellent very clean well appointed and plenty of little extras including for children. Centrally located for local amenities and plenty of walking and other activities nearby. Overall a wonderful break”

“Highly recommend this place”

“Cozy, comfy and private pod. Clean, with good facilities for making breakfast toaster, kettle, fridge and microwave. Comfy bed. Walking distance to Keswick about 25 minutes, footpath runs down the side of the site.”
