“Staff mostly spoke little or no English, this in the heart of Oxfordshire. Breakfast was very poor quality, cheapest items possible and poor presentation. 1 piece overcooked bacon, 1 pork sausage ok, scrambled egg ok, beans ok, horrible coffee and toast supplied warmed up rather actually toasted. Room was accessed from a staircase at the rear of the untidy former pub property which was mostly unconverted. The staircase was shared with a disabled chair lift making the space to carry up bags...

“This pub is a really well looked after and the rooms are super comfortable... lovely bed, large rooms... The breakfast is top quality and a great comfortable experience... The only things to note are, it is not as close to Henley as I thought, it was about 4-5 miles away and there is NO mobile reception in the pub or the rooms... if you need to make or receive any calls, you have to walk around the car park or the village for a reception...! Apart from that, I would definately go back and stay,...

“We stayed for one night at The Conifers guest house in a deluxe double room. We were welcomed at check in, which was very quick and efficient. The room was comfortable, quiet and airy (on a hot day), with tea and coffee available and a reasonable sized shower room. We had a good nights sleep in a large and comfortable bed. The next morning we had a good, buffet style breakfast which also included eggs freshly made and served by the friendly staff. We were able to park on the property. Spaces...
