“Excellent communication & information received from Wayne prior to my stay, then again on the day. Parking was easy & secure. Nice little snack waiting for me in the room. Felt a bit strange not going to a reception or meeting anyone when I arrived, but again, a quick call to Wayne & he explained everything & he was incredibly helpful. A really nice guy and the room/accommodation was superb. Thank you”
