Staff on front reception not helpful - room was awful with mold above the shower wouldn’t change my room from disabled to a normal shower and made me pay extra - really bad service on the front desk - the hotel food staff were much nicer but very very disappointed in the lack of help regarding the room.

All the staff we came across were fantastic. They were helpful, friendly and would chat to us happily about the area and their personal experiences of Silverstone race days. Lovely breakfast in the morning with a wide range of options and good quality fresh ingredients. Overall a lovely hotel with fabulous staff. We had a double room overlooking the track, we would definitely stay again.

First time staying at the Hilton Garden Inn but would definitely recommend the hotel to others. The balcony overlooking the pit straight is such a unique feature. We were there for an event at the Porsche Experience Centre and to be having breakfast whilst cars blasted around the circuit is something we'll never forget! Rooms were clean and modern. We dined at the hotel restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and the food was of a good standard. The staff, as others have mentioned were friendly and helpful. We look forward to returning.
