Great value, older property but well maintained. Clean and tidy room. Comfy bed. Location was great for us, off the strip (none of the noisy traffic.

The room is always clean and kept nice. The beds were also comfortable.

Breakfast was really good and friendly staff. Place in a nice area and location close to the lake.

I would give this hotel 4 stars because of its quality breakfast, friendly odor, staf's ( front desk ) friendliness, and overall cleanliness !! I enjoyed my stay here.

It was convienent to everything we wanted to do. The only problem we had was the fire alarm started to beep at 2am. When they came to fix it they didn't immediately know how to fix it.

All in all it was a decent place to stay quiet slept comfortably they would need to fix the ice machine when your ice is melted the water is yellow I believe they need to change the filters

Love the fact that this property is off the main highway through Branson. This makes it much quieter and more relaxing. There is a restaurant and indoor pool onsite.

There was a glitch somewhere, upon arrival, the resort had no record of my reservation! Gave them my confirmation number, and luckily they had a opening and worked with me, could have made an uncomfortable situation.

This is a very fun property! We enjoyed the mini golf and gas fire pit. We also had pizza and ice cream at the snack bar. We will definitely be back. Looking forward to the huge water park they are putting on site.

Convenient location within walking distance of several popular attractions and restaurants. Only downside about that would be that it's so close to the road you hear everything.

Love the restaurant, didn't have to go into town to fight the crowds. The grounds were beautiful.
