The ladies working the desk were so kind and helpful. For whatever reason, my husband and I were upgraded to a jacuzzi suite with no charge and we felt like we had won the lottery! The room was extremely spacious and nice. It looked like the bathroom had been recently renovated.

Overall we had a great stay! Comfortable bed, pool and hot tub was nice and clean, lots of parking, big breakfast buffet style Only small complaints there was a smell when we first walked in our room think it came from the ac (we just got a plug in room refresher and that took care of it), ac could use an upgrade was loud but did keep us cool, while breakfast was big with lots of options food could be a little better quality on some items but overall was good we ate it all but one morning we wanted to try something else We fell like for the price this was a good option and we would stay again

Location is the general same as all the other hotels but it is close to the theater district. It is a nice property, well maintained and easy to get too. It is really nice having 2 pools and the breakfast is good as well.
