The room smelt like mold. The sheets had blood stains on them. The tub was dirty when we arrived. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was scrambled eggs. Did you add water to? The hot tub did not work. The pool had rest + was over chlorine I do got to say the staff did give you clean towels everyday and if you put your trash outside they came and picked it up.

We stayed for one night -we booked a double queen room, but only got a double standard bed room. In our room, the remote didn’t work, the TV sound didn’t work, and the blow dryer did not work. It wasn’t terrible tho, the AC was amazing, the pool was fairly nice, and the staff were all great! Breakfast was decent as well.

The good: The staff is very nice. Breakfast is good with an attendant in the room. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Not so good: We had 2 adjoining rooms. Neither tv worked. A replacement tv was brought in to room 1 and still it did not work after 3 people looked at it. We found (on our own) the cable seemed to have a short. The remote for tv in room 2 was not programed to the tv/cable box. We figured it out on our own. The rooms need a deep clean. The windows were nasty. At one point the phone in room 1 did not work. The toilet ran over. The microwave in room 1 was a very old model and did not work. The staff is nice but the rooms need serious updating.
