Condo was clean, spacious & we got a great deal on the room. Check in was easy, communication was great. Liked that it was a secure property & we had fast help with our two issues (TV volume would not come on-maintenance came immediately even though it was 7pm), and my elderly mother in law needed a thicker mattress pad which they brought shortly after requested.

Staff were extremely nice. Condo was outstanding- clean , great layout, beds comfy, kitchen was stocked well with plates, cup, silverware, etc. everything was wonderful with the Condo and stay, Check in process…started wonderful, then to get our parking pass you had to go through a timeshare type of discussion… check in took about 30 minutes overall, which was a bit frustrating. Again, everything with the property was awesome and we definitely will come back.

This place is a hidden gem. The property is clean and well kept. The kitchen is well appointed, with dishwasher tabs, dish soap, a sponge, and enough garbage bags for the stay, and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. The pool and hot tub are clean and the pool area very clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were nice and spacious and the jetted tub was an extra perk. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Lots of planned activities, but note that most cost a few bucks each. We will definitely plan to stay here again.

Everything about this property was great and the staff were quick to address problems with appropriate solutions. However, if you are getting this room for the large jetted tub then be aware that the water heater is no where close to large enough to fill it (six inches of water before there was no hot water left). We picked this room for the tub and basically couldn’t use it the entire time.

The Condo was very clean and roomy. Location was nice and quiet considering the busyness of Branson. Upon arrival, we were notified that the elevator in our building was not working and they were waiting for parts. Unfortunately, our rented condo was on the 3rd floor. We had luggage and coolers as we had food for our stay. They sent 2 maintenance guys to help cart our luggage up to the 3rd floor. We appreciated that help. On the 2nd day of our stay, we were notified by a poster that a water meter was going to be replaced by the city and the water would be shut off from 8:00 am to Noon on the day that we were planning to checkout. This prompted us to end our stay a day early. Front desk refused to work with us about a refund for final night saying we'd have to work Expedia. Within 10 minutes of notifying Expedia of the issues, Expedia had issued a refund to us. We certainly appreciate Expedia's quick response to our problems and we will be using Expedia when traveling again.

We were there in April and the price was amazing for a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit. It had a living room and full kitchen and washer and dryer. You have to wash your own towels if you want clean ones ... Which we did. One bedroom had a ceiling fan and one didn't. It would have been nice to have a fan in both rooms. It was gated and a very safe area. Highly recommend!!

We stayed for three nights. Our 2-bedroom condo unit was very spacious, very clean and quiet. It exceeded my high expectations and the price was amazing. We will definitely return if ever back in Branson. We read that lights came through the blinds at night and they did but I packed some sleep masks just in case. Nobody felt the need to use them. Highly recommend.
