“After arriving at the room, I lost my cell phone cable and the reception staff did not respond to what happened and they charged my credit card for more than $2000. They also do not know what happened. It was a very bad experience.”

“I really enjoyed Cincinnati and staying at Cosy Suites. I was there for a conference so it was lovely to have a kitchette to have breakfast & snacks there after a busy day. It was central with lots of places to eat & drink nearby. Try out Paris Baguette for breakfast or The Blind Pig for a drink. Cincinnati is much more groovy than I remember & Cosy Suites was a home away from home!”

“We checked in about 15 minutes early, room wasn’t ready yet, but they gave us a couple drink vouchers for the bar and held our bags at the desk. The rooftop bar had a fantastic view and we were happy to check it out. Our room also had a wonderful balcony with an amazing view, definitely recommend this hotel and will book there again”
