We loved staying here. We come every year for the fireworks and stay at different hotels, and this one by far has been our favorite. The breakfast was reasonably priced along with the rooms. The restaurant manager was so nice and kind and took the time to show us the ball rooms that we are considering for our son’s wedding.

Classy early 20th century hotel. Well located and operated by a caring team. The room (I was in) was a little tired, but clean and entirely comfortable. I would absolutely stay again when I return to Cincinnati.

I am very happy with the Cincinnati Hilton Netherlander! The staff was second to none, the facility was clean and my room was well maintained and without any issues. The location was perfect, right in the heart of downtown, and very close to their free streetcar system. I did pay a bit more than I would have liked (but perhaps that was due to being there for a holiday weekend), and a free breakfast would have been nice, but all in all I enjoyed my stay, and I look forward to my next trip to the Queen City.

The hotel is old and showing its age. A refresh is due! The location is convenient to all of downtown Cincinnati. Museums, ballparks all within walking distance. The true beauty of the hotel is its staff. It starts at the top with the manager, Shondale. She is helpful, professional and bubbly. A special shout out to Anthony and Kelly. It was an honor to meet them.

The staff was amazing. The beds were comfortable. Loved the ambience of the hotel and the decor. Two concerns were getting the luggage to the room from the parking garage was not great. And we had to run the hot water for 10 mins before getting any. Room needs a little maintenance. We really enjoyed our stay and the price is great. Right across the street from a great restaurant as well.
