The hotel is aged, it is clean, the first night we were there we had no hot water and did not until later the next day. They also only have housekeeping services every 3 days. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and when we had no hot water had maintenance already working on fixing the issue. Overall, I did enjoy the view the staff was helpful and friendly and it was clean. I however would prefer not to stay again, and will choose a hotel that has been updated or is new.

Arrived 2.5 hours after the posted check-in time and was told there were no rooms clean. Was unable to use the pool because this time constraint. There was a big red stain on the carpet in the room. Water damage severe in the bathroom celing. Unique round hotel. View of the river and cinncinati from the balcony was nice.
