“Rooms were very nice and comfortable. We had to leave at 7.30 so could not have breakfast as service started at 8am. Pub part felt soulless and having to sit and drink whilst staff have finished their shift and were chatting to working staff spoilt the quiet atmosphere. To me it felt overpriced for the product we received”

“Hotel was not ready to open. A hotel resort and spa, without a swimming pool, spa or restaurant. We arrived promptly for check-in at 1500, as per guidelines, only for the receptionist to inform us that housekeeping was still working on the room. After a 50 minute wait in sweltering heat without chairs, it was clear that it was not housekeeping delaying the process, but rather that the room was still under construction. “Great, cosy inn with plenty of space to eat. Family room had a good layout with some nice touches such as fresh milk for the tea and coffee. Staff very helpful and plenty of parking”
