“Room was exceptionally clean with a very comfortable bed. One of the double glazed window units was blown and required replacing and the ensuite was a little tired and needed upgrading. Breakfast was very good, as was the evening meal. Staff needed chasing up not keeping up replacing side plates, and keeping coffee pots full. Staff were quick to apologise and bring out replacements.
