“Nice sized room but a long walk from reception up and down stairs. Bathroom showing obvious signs of age. Staff were all lovely and health club fun. Overall we had a good stay and will return.”

Cuando llegamos a hacer check inn, nos dieron una habitación para discapacitados…, lo hicimos saber a la recepción y se nos dijo que “todas las habitaciones eran iguales”. Al día siguiente, lo volvimos a señalar al encargado y nos dio otra habitación, completamente diferente, y muy cómoda; nada qué ver con la primera. “Great breakfast”

“Great hotel but NO parking which has to be said is a big minus point. I parked at Riverside Parking on recommendation of hotel but you have to pay using Ringo App but as far as I could see you cannot pay for 24 hours as your parking slot ends at 23.59 on the day. How you pay for more ‘god only knows?’ Not user friendly. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was excellent. Rooms were good although aircon seemed to go off around 10pm? Definitely got warmer then.”

“One the most beautiful hotels that I have been, a real medieval castle in the middle of nowere, with al the 21th century facilities. Amazing!!!”

“Can’t fault our stay here at all. Lovely big room for our family of 4, including a fan which was needed and a pulled out bed ready for our kids. There was absolutely no noise through the night. The staff were great, beds comfy and breakfast perfect. They were even kind enough to provide me some hot milk behind the bar for the babies bed time bottle at no charge. Parking was great, though I can imagine is much busier at weekends. Location absolutely perfect. We had our evening meal here too...

“This hotel is absolutely gorgeous. The rooms are really spacious, quiet and spotlessly clean. Everything you need in one place for a great stay. There are two restaurants, only ever eaten at The Three Mile which is exceptional, something for everyone on the menu and great value.”

“Pleasant stay at the Seaton Lane Inn with a little hiccup of no towels in the room on arrival but was remedied straightaway. Check in was quick and easy although steep stairs to the upper level of the Inn rooms. May be a little difficult for older people to negotiate these. Had food in the restraunt one night and enjoyed the steak which was cooked as asked and the service was also good from the waiter. Check out was also quick and easy so a very good stay at a good hotel.”

“Avoid at all costs. Pros: air conditioning during a heatwave Cons: dirty, tired decor, staff who combine disinterest with zero training, absolutely woeful in every way.”
