“We love this place. It has charging for our electric vehicle which suits us nicely. The staff are exceedingly helpful; the rooms well appointed with lovely soft pillows and very clean bathrooms. We had a room with a separate lounge this time which was a treat. The restaurant is also very special and the breakfast delicious. The property is near the road so there is some traffic noise but this wasn’t significant enough to worry about, Ripon is an interesting place to walk around too so don’t miss...

“Great location with safe car park. Friendly staff, good beer selection with every type of Timmy Taylors available. We stayed in the annex, which is new so very well decorated, clean and spacious. Full English breakfast was delicious, would definitely recommend.”

“We just did a weekend trip to Leeds and stumbled across this gem on hotel.com. It was the best stay away we have ever had in the UK! The owners were so kind and welcoming, they really do make you feel like you are a member of the family. The house itself was absolutely stunning, the garden was full of flowers with a cute vegetable patch.
