Recently refurbished and in excellent condition throughout. Really lovely interior & great facilities to the rooms. We were lucky enough to receive a free upgrade to the premium room too. Hotel lobby, bar & restaurant areas were amazing. Truly lovely hotel with great friendly staff. Highly recommend & will be looking to stay here when visiting Leeds again.

The hotel has been beautifully refurbished yet still retains it’s original grandeur. Rooms are well equipped and very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good lots of choice and staff on hand to assist with special requests. Staff in general were very accommodating and friendly. We booked again before we left, that’s how much we liked it!

A very nice hotel. Staff all very helpful, Could do with 2 chairs in room. As to breakfast - the tomatoes Not cooked, scrambled egg did not look that appetising, but apart from that good. Think the ground floor entrance floor needs rethinking and more chairs, tables and life.
