Lovely hotel and perfect location. Only issue is the shower pressure was very very weak, you would be unable to wash your hair or get a proper shower ect. Staff were very good and friendly.

Recently refurbished and in excellent condition throughout. Really lovely interior & great facilities to the rooms. We were lucky enough to receive a free upgrade to the premium room too. Hotel lobby, bar & restaurant areas were amazing. Truly lovely hotel with great friendly staff. Highly recommend & will be looking to stay here when visiting Leeds again.

The hotel has been beautifully refurbished yet still retains it’s original grandeur. Rooms are well equipped and very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good lots of choice and staff on hand to assist with special requests. Staff in general were very accommodating and friendly. We booked again before we left, that’s how much we liked it!
