The property was right where we needed it to be in terms of accessibility to the heart of the city and the train station. It looked nicer in the photos than in real life, mostly because they were promoting renovations to the property that were not yet complete. In our rooms, the fixtures were older, but our rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. We would have preferred to know in advance about construction, but the staff were gracious and let us into one of our rooms early, since it was ready. We were tired from traveling and needed a chance to rest. Staff were very nice and professional. They held our bags for us after checkout. The breakfast was tasty and available until 11 am, which we appreciated.

Main public areas were decorated really nicely for Christmas, and received a warm welcome at reception. My room was described as cosy and it was on small side but perfectly comfortable for solo traveller. Ate in the restaurant, very tasty meal.
