“The room we got looked nothing like any of the pictures on the listing. Dirty/faded furniture, peeling paint, picture frames missing, fridge had broken shelves, rice cooker was absolutely disgusting(didn't use it), blinds were half functional, the list goes on. It was a place to sleep (albeit on dirty pillows) and nothing more. Just because it is in the Landmark 81 tower doesn't mean it is luxury. I have honestly stayed at waaaaaay nicer hotels for less in Vietnam”

“Location, the unit and service for the property was great, but unfortunately it was not clean place.. would hoped it will be cleaned throughly, for the next guest,, will stay again if owners will keep up the sanitation and maintenance of the unit”

“El lugar es muy bonito con todo cerca y muy conveniente. El apartamento está bien gastado y necesita que revisen unos detalles. El equipo de cocina es pésimo. El ambiente dónde se encuentra el apy es muy bonito y compens la condición del lugar.”

“The check-in process was delayed due to insufficient staff, instructions to check in was not clear. The place was not 100% as pictured, too much graphic. The place could be more cleaned and maintained better. I would not stay here again in the future, luckily we only had to stay for 2 nights.”

“Everything was great. The host is attentive when needed but if you plan to use the pool or gym facilities you will need to be let in by the host. Not a problem aslong as you give 30 minutes ahead of time you need to use it.”
