“The property does not look anything like the photos, a classic bait and switch tactic. There were insects crawling around restroom sink. Mold around restroom sink and in the shower. The apartment was not ready at 2pm when check in time was said to be 2pm. We were told to pay by cash only at the reception which was not mentioned anywhere when we booked the place.”

Once you contacted the host they were on point with every thing you need and very helpful”

“The property is old, not as cleaned. Ac wasn’t cold in one of the room and in living room the Ac was leaking water. Sheets doesn’t feel clean. It’s is poorly maintained. The communication and staff are great.”

When we arrived to check in on the 23rd, our host informed us that the unit we originally booked was unavailable due to an issue, so we were moved to a different unit in Vinhomes Landmark 1 with a similar layout.
