The location being next to some bike trails is fantastic. We made use of the complementary bikes and really enjoyed our bike ride. We really liked this location.

Can't wait to go back to this hotel! The staff were great and the room was elegant with a nod to the property's history while also providing thoughtful, modern amenities. Loved it! Also free parking on site made exploring the sites of Sioux Falls easy and convenient!

I actually love this hotel and stay here almost every time I am in Sioux Falls. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet my usual experience. There were only 2 issues but they were both quite disappointing. When we arrived, there was a stain on the couch, which wouldn't be a big deal, but my fiancé touched it and it was still wet with something. We were leaving quickly so we only had time to throw a towel over it. Second, while in the shower I discovered that there was no body wash. Unfortunately, I was already in the shower and had no time to wait for someone to bring some up. Both of these issues were simple inconveniences and our stay was otherwise good. However, they didn't meet the expectations I've come to have for this usually great hotel.

Our room was clean and everything appeared to be well-maintained. The pool and hot tub were fabulous; the complimentary breakfast was complete. And the staff were ever so helpful and friendly (especially Helen)!
