We have stayed at Gateway several times. It is consistently a great stay. Rooms are nice and very clean. They smell fresh and the heater doesn’t rumble when on. Beds are comfortable and the pillows are not limp. Friendly staff and nice breakfast setting. We always enjoy our stay.

We used expedia to book for our honeymoon. We arrived after a long night of wedding partying, only to find that our jacuzzi room was already booked. We got an 'upgrade' of a bigger room. We managed to get the jacuzzi our second night..we found out after that we were charged extra for the upgrade we didnt want. They blamed it all on expedia.
