This is a clean, well maintained, friendly hotel. The suites have plenty of room and everything we need! Breakfast is sufficient and hot choices are offered. This is our second stay at this hotel in Sioux Falls, and we will definitely stay here again!

The Residence Inn in Sioux Falls is a very "tired" property. The rooms and hallways need updating badly. The outside lobby entrance/appearance/landscaping is not appealing. The televisions were not working for two days while we were there. The breakfast had a nice variety of hot and cold food. The breakfast staff was excellent. Close proximity to the District, Texas Roadhouse and the Empire Mall is a plus. Just please upgrade this property!!

Front desk was very helpful and courteous. Room was clean and cozy. Loved the space of the studio room. The TV picture was a little glitchy though. There were horizontal lines through it that made it annoying to watch.

I had an issue with the 1st room and the hotel manager comped the 1st night and moved me to another room. Plus we got delayed due to the FAA /Federal Government shut down and the manager gave me a lower rate. The staff and the managers were AWESOME.

Extremely disappointed. Paid extra to stay here. NO HOT TUB, no notice. Room smelled. No bedding for sofa bed. Worst breakfast selection of 5-motels in 5-days. Lots of vehicle noise. King bed was very comfortable. Will not come back.
