Tuesday to Sunday They didnt clean the room not even once, we gave 40$ pre-tips to the housekeepers snd still they didnt come. No toilet paper, the toilet was slashing water, no soap. We told front desk and still didnt come. Overall unhappy people

The aesthetics and the staff were wonderful. However, I paid a lot of money to stay there and the room was disappointing. The bathroom had 0 privacy with wooden shutters and a wooden shutter door. You can see and hear someone using the bathroom. The sink was so close up the wall that water got every where. There are hidden resort fees when you check out! That was an extra 420 dollars! The VAT fees also, ridiculous. We should have got way more with the money we spent! The adult pool they wanted 75 for a chair! So many children jumping, splashing, and playing football and nobody telling them to stop. There should not be ball playing in the pool. For the wildlife experience they did not specify in advance that the appointment was on hold so when I got there it was Another 205 I had to pay out of pocket. The can ride was 45 dollars! Not impressed at all. Surrounded by children all 3 hotels. That will be my last time ever!

It took me a while to decide which property to book. I finally settled on harborside. The harborside is more quaint and has a more of a motel feel to it. I would strongly recommend it as we had an entire apartment with fully equipped kitchen. Do not take your shoes off in the room! The beds and bedding were very comfortable and clean. Right across the street and less than 5 minutes of walking we had a little shopping center with local shops which was very convenient. Harborside is about 15 minutes from the beach but shuttles are running every 5-10 minutes in the morning. I didn’t like that we couldn’t check in on time because the appointments were not cleaned. The check in line was extremely long. Even after checking in, around 6pm, they did not have any pillowcases and I had to call 4 times to get them. Not a 5 star experience!

This resort is very old had to move rooms three times because AC went out! Not worth it!!
