Loved the central location to downtown Nassau, the beach, the port and so much more. The hotel was clean and staff very helpful with all needs. Did have a few things missing from the menu/change in menu from what was in their app which led to some items not being available. Even with that it was a great overall experience and would definitely recommend.

Although there were several areas closed off for construction during my stay, SLS is an absolutely beautiful resort with such an intoxicating signature scent! I want this scent for my house!

The room, surrounding, beach and pool where well-kept and maintained. However there isn't much to do outside the compound as it is away from local shops and downtown. Generally friendly staff, although I did had a distasteful phone interaction with one receptionist while reporting an incident in our room, but after insisting that it has to be dealt with, management stepped in and rectified it. Overall My wife and I had a good and relaxing stay.

The Hotel was clean and the staff were helpful.
The drinks and water was ridiculously expensive. I paid $15 for a box of water and it took for ever just to get towels. for the pools. The room did not have a fridge to keep my medication for diabetes. The iron in the room was out of order and the coffee maker was not working well.
