Beersheba Springs Vacations

Never got my deposit back.. wasn’t the cleanest but a place to stay

Loved our stay! Will definitely stay here again next time we go to Chattanooga!

When we checked in, we were given a room on the 5th floor that was either occupied or the lock was broken from the inside....the door opened about a inch only. We when down to the front desk and were given a 3rd floor room . When we booked this reservation we were not aware how close the hotel is to a major interstate with heavy traffic. The noise from semi trucks was too much. The room we were given had to potential to be a real nice room, but... the door to the bedroom was damaged at the brackets holding the door and would not shut. also the closet door in the bedroom would not shut from damage. It was a real ham and egger job to repair these doors. We did talk to the hotel staff who were kind and understanding and offered a different room, but as we explained the noise from the Interstate 75 was going to be a problem that they could not fix. We did check out the next morning, i was told that i would have to contact Expedia to be refunded for the 4 extra nites that were booked. The Expedia rep was kind and sent off a message to the hotel because they did not respond to here calling (while i was on hold). I did end up getting charged for 2 nights when i only stayed 1 night, and i still need to be refunded for the 1 night. So this whole experience was not very good. I would like to add that another hotel next to this property was a clear dump, and we noticed 2 women walking around the building taking hand signs from a man. Questionable behavior for sure.

Everything was terrific except the fact fire alarms went off and we had to evacuate the building and of course wait for fire trucks. Never got explanation on what happened. Another guest mentioned it happens all the time which is strange. Other than that is was nice. It’s not walking distance to anything
