Nobody replied on the phone, and Hotels.com couldn't even refund me. It was a complete disaster and a lack of respect in all senses. Everyone provided horrible service, and I’m disappointed. “Although I did not use the restaurant or bar, I did see the inside and it looked very homely and comfortable. The staff I met were very helpful and respectful. My room was very nice and the bed extremely comfortable. I would most definately recommend this hotel and I will be using it again when I am next in the area.”

“A warm welcome after a long drive from Jane/Owner. Accommodation was clean and comfortable, the shower was instantly warm! The owners were lovely, very friendly, attentive and accommodating. My daughter and I were going out very early one morning and thought we would miss breakfast so Sean/owner made us bacon sandwiches and put cartons of juice in the fridge to take with us!
