“Nobody waited for me; I couldn't make the check-in because no one was there. I was alone in the middle of the night without any help. Nobody replied on the phone, and Hotels.com couldn't even refund me. It was a complete disaster and a lack of respect in all senses. Everyone provided horrible service, and I’m disappointed. “A warm welcome after a long drive from Jane/Owner. Accommodation was clean and comfortable, the shower was instantly warm! The owners were lovely, very friendly, attentive and accommodating.
