Very impressed with everything. Staff was great and even made a room change for me. Very good breakfast selection

Small clumpy pillows that were due to be replaced and the room was damp with a mildew smell. There was an ozone machine in the middle of the room when I went in which was producing an obnoxious amount of strong ozone. The window was screwed shut so I couldn’t even open it. Water damage was visible in the bathroom on the trim and door that wasn’t ever felt with appropriately. Otherwise property was quiet and had breakfast included so that was nice.

Clean and convenient—-the lobby with dining options were a plus.

Rooms were nice. Could use some updates. Staff was friendly and breakfast was ur normal continental breakfast.

I booked a room at the last minute because I had tickets for the aquarium and thought staying at this hotel was a good idea, since the aquarium is literally right across the street. I’ll just say that this place needs a renovation; it’s old and neglected, the beds and pillows are extremely uncomfortable, and everything smells musty.
