Bamboo Vacations

Overall, the property and staff were good. We had an issue with a very strong odor in our room on day one and the front desk was quick to accommodate another room with a better view. All the staff were very attentive and friendly. The amenities are very nice, our 15yr son loved the lazy river and bowling. Food was good and a nice selection. We all loved Mike’s, the coffee shop! Beach is peaceful, but does have some rocks definitely can navigate past to get to smooth sand though. For those that want to step off resort there are huts behind the water sports shack that has a hotel security guard posted. Our only dislike was how hard the beds are. Two staff that made us feel very welcomed and deserving of recognition are Akeem, our server @ La Locanda and the manager Mike.

Overall, this hotel is a party vibe. The check in staff at did not inform my party that if you lose the wristband you would have to pay $250 for replacement. The room was nice. Be careful of haggling… you will be told one price and when you get to your destination the price goes up. Also, the airport shuttle did not pick up us . Read all the fine print. Beautiful

This is the third aall inclusive we have stayed at in Montego Bay. By far the nicest.

Great staff, great food, great beaches, the only thing I would say. I didn't like we stayed at the wave. And the free non motorized activities were on the whole other side of the resort with no signs not thats were they were. There was no one telling us that they were there.My family and I had a great time. Besides that.
