By far the happiest staff we've had in quite some time. They ensure your stay is the best it can be. Staff were helpful and recommended things to do and see. This was our 1st all-inclusive trip we have taken and looking forward to another. We would definitely stay here or another moon palace location. Property was clean ,pools were great.

I will definitely be staying at Moon Palace on my next visit as the facilities are top notch, the staff is friendly & there is so much to do, you never get bored. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, from swimming with dolphins to sunset boat rides, it was a total dream. The only criticism if I'm forced to give one is that the WiFi isn't great. But overall i had a splendid stay.
