The resort was very well keep,the staff there is very friendly,kind and willing to make you feel at home .The staff I enjoyed the most was kymaria the fitness guy he made my stay: very very fun entertaining guy .The ocean, beach,pool, all has a very beautiful view .The only issue I had with this resort was a loud noise coming from the pool causing me some sleep less night and the vent over the bed dripping water from time to time.other than that I love this resort would definitely stay there again.the food was great also.

After all the fun we had , we left without jacket & set of car keys , tried 10000000 times calling front desk No picking up , so frustrating
I ended it up calling Montego Bay hotel to transfer my call to Riu Reggae hotel
Got a chance to talk about issue, sent email to customer service Now WAITING game to see how the staff resolve this situation.

I’ve stayed at Moon Palace 4+ times, so I’m very familiar with the resort and usually have a great experience. Unfortunately, this visit wasn’t as pleasant as my previous stays. Some of the staff were absolutely amazing, but there were also a few who weren’t very friendly and had an attitude, which definitely affected the overall experience.
The food also wasn’t as good as I remember it being on previous visits. Overall, this stay was a bit disappointing compared to my past experiences at Moon Palace.
